Registered Nurses | Clinical Nurses

Our AHPRA-registered nurses provide clinical nursing support, including assessments, health monitoring, and specialised care.

Clinical Assessment & Care Planning

Thorough clinical assessment, including review of medical history, medications, and current health needs, to develop safe, individualised care plans.

Complex & High Intensity Care

specialised support for participants with complex health needs, including wound care, PEG feeding, diabetes management, continence care, and other high-intensity supports.

Medication Administration

Safe administration of medications and ongoing monitoring of health conditions, including coordination with GPs, specialists, and allied health providers.

Training, Education & Oversight

Working alongside support teams to ensure safe and consistent care, providing hands-on training, clinical guidance, and ongoing oversight to maintain best practice.

Health Promotion & Capacity Building

supporting participants to build confidence in managing their health, focusing on independence, wellbeing, and improving overall quality of life.

Our nursing supports include.

  • Medication administration and management

  • Diabetes management (including BGL monitoring and insulin support)
